This Privacy Policy explains how Kukuruku ("we", the "Platform") processes personal data in connection with the use of the website https://kukuruku.win. Kukuruku is an aggregator platform providing access to third-party licensed brands (casino, betting, poker) through a single account. We are not a casino and do not organise gambling. This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use.

Important Distinction

Kukuruku is a technical aggregator platform and does not carry out compliance procedures (KYC/AML) and does not process payments. Identity verification, payment processing, custody of funds, and related processing of personal data are carried out by third-party licensed brands (Vendors) and the third-party Wallet operator, which act as independent data controllers and are responsible for it. Kukuruku processes only the minimal data necessary to operate the platform and account aggregator.

1. What Data We Process

Kukuruku processes the minimal data necessary to register a single account and operate the Website:

  • the email address provided at registration;
  • technical identifiers and usage data (IP address, device, browser, cookie identifiers, log data);
  • data when contacting support (name, email, description of the matter).

Identity documents, KYC data, payment details, balances, and transaction data are collected and controlled by third-party Vendors and the Wallet operator, not by Kukuruku.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Performance of a contract — registering and servicing the single account, providing access to the platform and brand aggregator, and technical support.
  • Legitimate interest — ensuring platform security, preventing fraud, and improving the Website, balanced against your rights.
  • Compliance with legal obligations — record-keeping and responding to lawful requests from competent authorities regarding Kukuruku's own activity.
  • Consent — for specific cases (e.g. newsletters), which may be withdrawn at any time.

Kukuruku may share data with: third-party Vendors and the Wallet operator to the extent necessary to enable and operate the services they rely on; technical infrastructure and cloud providers; auditors and legal advisers; and competent authorities where required by law.
